I help women over 40 bridge the gap between knowing what would help their health and actually making it happen. Through my Midlife RESET approach, we focus on stress, sleep, nutrition and the everyday habits that make better health possible.

We also explore and address the barriers that are stopping you from moving forward.

A GENTLE HEALTH RESET FOR WOMEN 40+

Many women feel stressed and overwhelmed by the health changes that can happen in midlife and want to feel better in themselves again.

The Midlife RESET is my signature health coaching programme for women over 40.

A key part of this approach is nutrition - not dieting, but learning how to eat in a way that supports your body, reduces inflammation, restores health and helps weight settle naturally.
