I believe that everyone can access better health without being held back by their personal circumstances. Everyone has the ability to live their best life and fulfil their potential – sometimes we just need a helping hand to get started.
I work with people to help them achieve their own personal health goals. These goals can be different for everyone so we work together to tailor an individualised programme that works for you. We do this by exploring your current situation and helping you identify and overcome any barriers you may have.

By providing you with the tools, and most importantly, the belief that you can be the best version of yourself, we create a roadmap for change. Like any journey, there will be bumps along the way, but with someone by your side, those bumps won’t knock you off course any more.

I HAD ALWAYS BEEN FIT AND ACTIVE, AND ENJOYED A BUSY AND FULL LIFE
Then, at the age of three, my child was diagnosed with autism. This life-changing event, combined with other stressful life events, had quite a negative impact on me and on my health.
I was constantly tired and stressed, often overwhelmed. I comfort ate, I put on weight. I no longer had time for me. I couldn’t exercise. I cared less about how I looked. And gradually my health began to suffer.
I had forgotten how to look after myself. But I needed to make sure I was the best, healthiest me I could be for my child.
It was this realisation that led me to start my health journey.
It was the best thing I could have done. I have experienced first hand how changes to nutrition, habits and mindset can help break negative cycles and bring a sense of calm and well being to your life.
